Refunds and Faults Policy
We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law. If your device:

We will offer a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Proof of purchase and images of the issue may be required.
Change of mind returns: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns if the packaging has been opened, unless the product is faulty. Please ensure you wish to proceed with the purchase before opening the box.
Limitation of Liability
Total Ear Hygiene is not liable for any injury, hearing loss, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of the Personal Ear Camera. This includes, but is not limited to:
